I completed a two night stay here last month.. I needed two rooms as I had my mother-in-law with me and both were upgraded to King Deluxe rooms. They were quite different - one had a huge closet and the other a small sitting area. Both were very nice and no issues at all. Each room had a welcome amenity of Prosecco and sweets.

Breakfast was extended to both rooms. I thought it was excellent with a great selection of fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. The breakfast was way above class for a typical Hyatt Centric.

Visiting Milan was mostly an afterthought after a ski week in the Dolomites but I enjoyed it and the hotel is well located. I would absolutely return. The PH has a better location, but not 5x cost better.

I read through this thread before my stay and I’m so glad you mentioned this. The pistachio croissants here were one of my favorite things I ate during my two-week trip in Italy. At least to my taste, absolutely divine.

King Deluxe Room

Very large closet (my MIL’s King Deluxe didn’t feature this)

Large bathroom
