Fly trascon would be your best bet. I have had multiple flights where they ran out, or never catered hot food (BNA-SFO was a recent example).

I am not sure who called it famous. It is something that would fill your stomach more than snack boxes, for example. I would take any on the ground burger joint, but I know you like airline good
