Breaking news: these celeb chef collabs are not prepared by their namesakes or in their restaurants. Meals are cooked in the same catering facilities as everything else under license. The food may or may not resemble anything from the restaurants. Same with the Shake Shack license deal.

Maybe. I went to one of their actual locations in Los Angeles after trying the dish on DL out of LAX and the taste was remarkably indistinguishable. They must tell them where to source the ingredients and show them how to prepare it rather than emailing a recipe and saying slap our name on it.
The TPA version did not look like what anyone has posted from LAX.
