There's really not much for anything to or from the US/Canada as DL has largely aligned awards with revenue fare filings on these routes. Routes that don't touch US/Canada mostly still have fixed level awards as DL does not have any fare filings on them. They may have some different mileage amounts based on advance purchase. Typically, 3 levels based on 60 day, 21 day, and no advance purchase.
