Even you could afford I class business flexible award ticket, you still could end up with one baggage free. So is X class really matters? My experience and attachments all shows first operator determining baggages allowance, whether business flexible or Economy Standard redemption, if someone saying otherwise, please attach screenshot and ask, don't make any speculation without seeing how the ticket was booked at the first place
