However, LH +BR, or LO, TP, OS, LX+BR, in X class, only give 1 baggage Free, first carrier in the itinerary determines baggage allowance. BR on its own, yes, have two baggages free. This is how Aeroplan system works for itineraries involved BR, since 2021, for those 100+ Aeroplan itineraries I have booked so far.
Unfortunately, AC + BR, has zero baggage included, such as AC 886 + BR 62, X Class. Why Aeroplan makes baggage allowance this way? Aeroplan agents have to explain it.

X class is not determining factor of baggage allowance, I can get AC X class and K class to show 2 baggage allowance in Economy Standard. By the way, who cares about TPE BR agents said? Every single BR check-in counter can print Aeroplan redemption eticket has BR segments, the eticket states the baggage allowance black and white, with numbers clearly stated.
Did you mean your post in this thread (quoted above) or there is another thread explaining this?
Yes, if you have a single ticket, the baggage allowance applies to the entire journey. The guy on the EVA forum said he started his journey on BR35 YYZ-TPE and had to pay for his bag.
Interesting it says YTO for AC881/AC105 and not YYZ.
We bother with X class because we can't afford I class
BR agent told me that the X Class bookings from AC she has seen has 0 in the Bag field on their system but from the discussions here, it sounds like it might not always be the case.
