Interesting, I tried to use the cafe for an international departure out of YYZ and was rejected last year. Will try again before my next flight on Friday mostly as an experiment as I'll have signature access. As recently as December, the auto scanner at the domestic lounge rejected an international boarding pass and I had to talk my way through with an agent who let me in after I explained that the INT MLL was normally a zoo at that time of day and I wanted some food and a place to sit.
