Put a retrospective claim and the connecting United domestic flight was credited but CHC to SFO didn't. In fact, it was rejected online. NZ online support has put in a claim but still waiting, supposedly can take 2 to 4 weeks.
Anyone know when retrospectively claiming partner qualifying flight, do you claim it as NZ (NZ codeshare number) and NZ ticket number or partner airline (partner airline flight number) and NZ ticket number?
Normally you would claim it under the operating carriers' flight number but these JV routes can be tricky as they earn the same rate as NZ metal. My experience in this situation is when the 4 weeks they advised you have lapsed, you just follow it up again. Eventually they would credit you manually as usually nothing would happen during those 4 weeks.
