That’s great about Bacchanal! I recall that the staff were so helpful with food allergies and I’ll assume dietary preferences in general. I’m looking forward to hearing about what your mother thought about her experience with Bacchanal. My mother loved it so much that she probably wished she had enjoyed it sooner in life with my late father, who loved buffets and also probably would have refused to eat at an expensive buffet - definitely a challenging contrast!
