Given the recent change re: dynamic pricing redemptions on AP and the downhill spiral as of late, I'm curious if anyone has any feedback for those that have switched to CX? AFAICT, they don't use dynamic pricing so it got me thinking, if my travel needs can be met through CX, maybe that's a better option?
