Dinner

Surprisingly got upgraded at the PM window (6/20 seats open in F and C+ was pretty full so didn't think I had a chance), and decided to try the burger mostly for the novelty of it (have a Shake Shack on my block in Boston so it really isn't hard for me to get an actual ShackBurger whenever I want)

Beef Tagliata stroganoff sauce, potato gratin, asparagus.
BBQ Chicken Thigh potato gratin, broccoli. Served with mixed green salad, balsamic dressing.
Pappardelle Pasta mushroom cream sauce, roasted cherry tomatoes, broccoli, Parmesan.
Shake Shack® Cheeseburger (Limited) Angus beef, cheese, toasted potato bun with lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, and ShackSauce on the side. Served with Caesar salad, chips, brownie.
Grilled Salmon (Limited) mustard-spinach sauce, oven roasted potatoes, asparagus, cherry tomatoes

Have had pretty bad luck with ovens lately and this one was also left in there a bit too long (as evidenced from the cheese), and the bottom bun ended up pretty tough as a result, but overall this was tasty and better than previous iterations of the DL cheeseburger (although that's a very low bar to clear). Would I order it again - probably not though with this current rotation (the salmon is very good, and the beef and pasta options both look interesting as well)

Solid SFO-based crew, full PDB offered and FEBO followed, and lots of walkarounds through the cabin for water/drinks throughout the flight. With the winds it was almost 7 hours to SFO, which was brutal on the 321neo F seat, but that's for another thread
