As per this document, CX has interline agreements with TK. If you could get them to through check a bag from CX to TK in HKG, maybe a boarding pass will spit out from CX's end for the TK flight in CX cardstock?

Furthermore, on this website, CX says and I quote:





You can enter airside to any terminal with a valid boarding pass. I've done check in at T4 and entered through T1 before. Just make sure you have enough time to finally travel back to the terminal your flight will depart from.
