Has anyone actually seen EQMs post as described above for non-airline partners? Here's an excerpt from the Mileage Plan Shopping T&Cs:


In the example of Harry & David noted above, is there specific language that states it will earn EQMs? I have a hard time believing that if I spend $600 with Harry & David it will result in 5,000 EQMs. I could very well be wrong, but the T&Cs seem to contradict the interpretation prevalent in this thread.
