"Please allow 4 - 6 weeks after your statement close date for EQMs to be calculated, and Pualani Elite Membership activation will occur within 6 to 8 weeks. Any EQMs earned through this spend promotion are in addition to EQMs earned through Elite-qualifying flight segments and flight miles earned during the calendar year (January 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024).Earned EQMs will be tracked by Hawaiian Airlines and reported in an email sent by Hawaiian Airlines. To ensure you receive this email, subscribe to E-Newsletters here. EQMs will not be included in your 2025 Membership Status tracker in your online account."
