The people who post here ARE very different from most Frontier customers. We know that airline's weaknesses, but we fly them anyway if we can manipulate their loyalty program and get outrageously cheap fares. Honestly, I'm sure most of their customers are ignorant about what they're actually buying on Frontier. And those who aren't only fly them if they're much cheaper than the alternative. This is not a recipe for success in the airline industry. Southwest was only able to break "the monopoly" because they offered cheap fares AND were decent to fly. (And note that once Southwest stopped being cheap, their success declined).
