If the company is paying for business AND you can upgrade to First, then pick BA.
Otherwise, I'd pick AC. Seat's good, WiFi's good, food may be fine, but lounges on either end will be good-to-excellent, especially the Signature Suite at YVR.
No First on this route with BA unless you connect via Dallas or Seattle.
Flew the route last week with BA, has been regularly Club Suites over the last few months. Have also flown with AC on four occasions in the last year. On food and service I would always choose BA.
