Schwann did not mention was that he could, if he wished, have washed his breakfast down with Champagne or Bucks Fizz. Now that was never served on Domestic flights to my recollection. Moreover, I think that CE meals have improved beyond belief from the days when hot pots were tipped onto stone cold plates.
I do agree PG, but unfortunately lots are still “attached” to a distant memory of what BA was serving in the 90s and 00s. Hence the comment about serving a full plane on the Manchester “shuttle” is a frequent comment here.
Club Europe catering 99% of the time is great in my experience.
