It's actually better than I expected, but agree with Chris: Roesti in the air is like fries, cannot work that well. Fresh from the kitchen at the FCL it's just spectacular, on board it's just OK. But if the alternatives don't appeal to you, go for it, as it's not bad in any sense of the word.
