For the avoidance of doubt I'm annoyed. I'm tempted to forwad my email to that CCR team, as it appears the GGL team are not a particularly useful 'first port of call'.
Hi it sure is annoying and not at all ‘premium’ but I believe it’s an auto-reply. I never re-reply to that if I’ve already submitted the required detail.
