This used to happen to me somewhat often but just infrequently enough that I'd forget to check and get up to the TSA agent and get turned away.... SUPER annoying. I mentioned it once to a sharp ticket agent and she looked and noticed my names didn't match exactly with AS and TSA. She did something to fix it in the system and it's been perfect for 2+ years.
