The loading at SCO is not a certainty. Some DPs say you can, other say they can't.
But one thing is certain. Temporary means exactly what it says.

If you read this thread carefully from the start, what you should notice is that the whales who tried to move lots of money through One got shuttered and fairly rapidly. People who tried to use the temp card as a go around also got shuttered fairly quickly and banned as well.

I load my One card, when using GCs, at the cashier. I have WMs where that is possible.

If you have Everywhere cards, you can use both the cashier or CSC to load.
