That's not what AC discloses. In the booking flow it specifically states to contact the other airline regarding baggage policies, and the Checked Baggage row is blank. Compare to a booking that includes an AC segment is says 'For a fee' for a Standard Economy reward. A mock booking for YYZ-TPE on BR, AC shows that 2 checked bags are included for Standard Econ.
Alright I did some more digging into this. Aeroplan Standard fares that include an AC segment do not include a checked baggage allowance. The ticket will be encoded as 0 pieces.
Example YYZ-SEA-TPE on AC/BR:
If it's all partner metal, its market and carrier dependent. YYZ-TPE on BR is 2 free bags
In some cases the weight concept may also be used instead. Example SQ FCO-SIN, 30kg allowance
