My post from last night (Seoul time) seems to have been deleted so here goes again, but less detail.

I booked a base deluxe king room and was upgraded to Premium king w river view (was in the app the day before).

The Conrad bear is free for diamonds (one time only) but is small, like an oversized key chain that you see hanging from some people’s bags.

Evening lounge reception is 5-8, (4:30-7:30 weekends & holidays).

Despite complaints about the evening lounge offerings in prior posts, I found the offerings overall pretty good - 4 warm food items of duck, bbq ribs, beef stew and veggies, plus a decent selection of other items and deserts. The Shiraz was good.
