I am not aware of any settlement, but that doesn't mean a thing, obviously.

I would take the "maintenance is certified" part with a mountain size of pinch of salt, given the reports in local (orc) media about the state of their aircraft and maintenance (lack thereof) - and this in the VERY heavily censored, gov't controlled media.
