Why do only some flights have “hot and cold specialties”
I’m seeing “
  • We will be pleased to serve you light meals whenever you wish. Please choose from our current range at any time.”
on certain F menus only. It seems these are not offered when breakfast is the final meal on the route.

So does this mean that you can’t have some kind of smack halfway through a flight from Frankfurt to Singapore for example, or would it just be something from the main menu that happens to be leftover from the first meal?

Granted, I’m normally so stuffed from the first meal that I can’t eat anything for several hours , possibly not even until after landing!
