I continue to be amazed at how horrible they are handling this situation. Why are they waiting so long to cancel. Blows the mind. I was provided this Email for them, '[email protected]', but they never responded once even though I tried several times. Once I called Hilton, and they supposedly called Cacique on the phone during my call; I never tried to call myself, but it might be the only way.
