Talking of safety - let's not forget the small issue if the unserviced (three years and counting), stolen orc aircraft would be ever allowed to fly to/over the EU - it's a big if. Plus the other small issue, that the moment they land on an EU (and many other) airport, they'd be impounded by the lawful owners, the leasing companies.
And if the orcs are not allowed to pollute our air, who thinks that they'll allow overflights to happen, even if there were a willingness of any airline to risk it.

So my take - not this decade. We had many, many decades when there were no overflights allowed over a much larger Orcistan and somehow the world still managed.
