The current public offer for the Explorer card is 50k miles + an extra 5k miles if you add an authorized user. There is also a code you can get from a flight attendant (hint: or try google or reddit) that will bump the initial offer by an additional 5k miles. Will the base offer go back up to 60k miles? Probably, although nobody knows when.
