is 50000-mile bonus the only offer available for new UA credit card in 2025?

my MIL moved from Atlanta back to Chicago a few months ago. she has basically switched all her flying to United now. prior to that, she used to fly about 70,000 BIS miles per year because she lived in Atlanta.

since October, she flew just over 38,000 miles on UA(TATL and TPAC flights). the only offers she saw were just the 50000-mile bonus for $3000 spend in the first 3 months. she doesn't want the other cards with higher annual fees.

what are the chances that UA and Chase will bring back the 60000-mile bonus?
