You may want to try the Turkish Airlines forum. In addition, Turkish do have a Singapore telephone number - +65 6732 4556. A call to them might assist?
Indeed, ha should’ve realized that lion city locals wouldn’t need to transit at changi, doh! But I do appreciate the help! I did send a feedback form to TK and emailed the Singapore office, but unfortunately it wasn’t much help (answers such as “check in is done at terminal 1”), which is what is expected of TKs lackluster customer service I suppose. I will try calling, but from my experience, the local office phones usually don’t connect to CS reps, but still worth a try. I guess worst comes to worst, with 4 hours, even if I need to go through immigration, I should have ample time to make it from T4 to T1.
