Received corner room upgrade with NUA. Asked about 4PM late check out and agent responded that I would need to switch rooms (ie. downgrade to base room) my last night to get the 4PM late check out. First time I've encourtered such a situation. Agent compromised on a 1PM check-out so I could keep my upgraded room the entire stay. A written notice that the breakfast buffet gets very crowded after 8AM was provided and the agent recommended getting there earlier. I asked about occupancy and he joked that this hotel is always crowded, but even more so on the weekends.

As a LTT, I did not receive access to the lounge. It is access controlled from the elevator so i wasn't even able to select the floor.
