If you haven’t flown in one of these before, all of the seats have direct aisle access without having to climb over anyone. So you can safely choose a window pair, which IME are nicer than the centre pairs.
I know that some like the Apex seats, but I don't.
They are very narrow (6 seats facing forward in a row of A330). If you sleep on the side with knees up (like me because of back pain), the window seat is miserable. At least in the center seats my knees can "overflow" a bit on the aisle.
