There are dimensions limits too. Have you looked those up? Your descriptions don’t really assist - each brand has multiple bags in their ranges with different dimensions.
The questions you are asking re likelihood of being checked can’t really be answered. If you are looking for a definitive answer you won’t get one - except JQ are out looking for revenue.
