On 10 June QR1499 is already solidly booked with 12 J seats assigned. Probably a few P and R bookings too, where seats are assigned at checkin.
QR1476 has J seats available for sale on that day.

Connecting flights heavily use the timing of QR1499 and QR seem to prioritize DOH-transfer traffic. For example, if I fly CDG-DOH-JRO departing on 9 june QR40, connecting to QR1499 on 10 June, AF gives J5 availability on QR1499 10 June.
It seems that they are not selling DOH-JRO but do sell Europe-JRO using that flight.
