yea I know it’s below the mct but it’s on 2 tickets. I have no bags I simply was looking for best/quickest way to get walk off a plane from tbit to terminal 7 or 8 as fast as possible so I have a shot to make it (like do I go outside, airside, what’s best spot to go through tsa to get through the fastest with pre check etc)

once you have cleared immigration and custom, walk toward T7 on the arrival level, plan about 20 minutes of walking. Clearing security at T7 would be your best bet.
it will be tight as your onward aircraft usually closes 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure time. Assuming your inbound arrives on time, you quick pace from gate arrival to immigration/custom, and then to T7, followed by TSA Pre, I think you may be okay. Worst case, you will catch the next flight to final destination.
Security is consolidated at T7 for both T7 and T8 gates.
