Yes, after DC desk and immigration, you’ll be directed to the chauffeur desk and chauffeur to and from hotel arranged. In J, sometimes it’s a shared van, in F it’s usually a dedicated car. You can negotiate pick-up time at the chauffeur desk. They’re usually fine with earlier pick-ups (and another reason to prefer Le Meridien, as it is much, much closer to the airport).
