Apologies for resurrecting an old thread but am planning a Christmas/ new years vietnam trip and was looking at halong bay. Would you say the weather was fine for this, even some swimming? I normally sweat easily and am in shorts as soon as we pass 70F . Thanks in advance, and looking forward to jade sails more likely for a day trip.
