This and I realize I haven't flown United in a while and I am used to Delta's Sky Priority which is decently staffed and where they do all the stuff for you once you tell them where you are going and name on reservation. I could not believe both ways someone made me go use the self service kiosk. An undecidedly NON-First Class experience. And my other beef is for some reason United think that a third of the plane should board before people in First Class.
