From recent experience, seems that UK Cent could improve their offering with a few minimum/zero cost enhancements: -

1. Centurion airport lounges - tried to reserve entry at LHR, but told not possible. Appreciate Cent's unlikely to be turned away, but why not let us pre-book to guarantee entry?

2. Amex Lounge at the O2 - tried to reserve tickets for a show in July...told sorry, first come first serve! Why? Surely the £3k+ AF should grant this, even several months out. Same should apply to Wembley, where I think there is a lounge also?

3. Centurion 308 suite at O2 - who knew they release an availability list every week for tickets? I get rmails about stuff at the National theatre, but never about O2 or Wembley.
