Actually, my choice would be the Shephers Pie as it is one of those dishes which actually taste good and which is hard to spoil in the galley. I adore fish but so often it comes out way over-cooked. I like my fish to much like the example here - maybe a little less done even, but certainly not dried out.

Until when will this menu run? I have a west coast on the 4th March -will they have changed the menus by then do you all think?
