Have you taken into account the tier points bonus? That would be an extra 400 TPs per sector, so would get you a bit closer to the 32,000.
Of course, that assumes you have a way to get the other 8,000 TPs that don’t need to be earned on BA.
And I think if I were in your shoes, I’d probably already have defected to ANA or JAL.
