BA990 BER - not ATC, not weather. I suspect crew or aircraft shortage.

Apart from that it's a reasonably good day for flying, again good KPIs all round. AY are still having cancellations due to industrial action by pilots. 332 BA departures out of 644. Ground and air frost warnings are out.
