Very good! They proactively reach out in advance to ask if you have any special things you want arranged. Included breakfast is at the very nice buffet which includes made to order dishes and high end locally made pastries (along with all the standard stuff), and the breakfast option for welcome gift covers it fully. Upgrades for (Titanium at least) to choice of several room categories, and harbor view.

all I got was the W insiders email but nothing about pre arranged things.
got upgraded to a spectacular room, but no suite but looks like none available apart from wow suite
