I sent an email to Ulti assistant a couple of days ago about ITA flights and whether I’ll get XP & miles for my flights this week, and got a reply straight back. In contrast, my email to GGL about the BAEC changes was sent nearly 4 weeks ago and I haven’t yet had an acknowledgment
