I discovered these sausages in LHR T5 Galleries buffet this morning, prior to seeing this thread. Firstly, I'll say although the appearance is not appealing, the taste is not bad and on par with the other available options in Galleries, but my initial thoughts were: a) why are they so big, compared to the size of the plate (it takes up almost 25% of surface area of the Galleries plate)? and, b) why is the skin so shrivelled?
