Are you within 24 hours of when you first made the booking? If not, I advise caution once again.
Anyone can ask for a refund at any time, but because your schedule change is only 30 mins it is very likely that your request would be regarded as voluntary and subject to the cancellation penalty in the fare rules. Please call or live chat with QR directly to ask if you can cancel without any penalty and receive a refund of everything you paid before pressing that button online. And the free change only means free of the change penalty, not free of the fare difference.
Your schedule needs to have changed by more than 2 hours or been cancelled to get truly free changes or penalty free cancellation refunds. Please don't take my word for it, call in first to make sure.
