What I noticed since last night is that the upgrade with Avios option is down.... it's giving me error messages when I try to pull my booking to see if upgrades are available... tried again this morning and same error message.

after re-reading the above comments, I went to check my booking and it had a schedule change as well, which explains my error message... flight leaves 55min later but it does offer me a refund if I want to.
