Basic Supply and Demand, there are so many more people flying out of LAX than LAS with VS so people probably booked it all up and inflated miles. With the new dynamic pricing, makes the most sense to charge more for the desirable routes. Also, LAS-LHR is more of a vacation destination for LHR customers rather than a commercial route like LAX is. Most likely reason is because Virgin dumped a bunch of saver awards between LAX-LHR in November for 2025 flights, so it might be because all that saver inventory got booked up. That saver space was gone by mid January, even Y.
