To be fair, there are some dollar stores (not sure which brand) that sell fresh produce in food deserts. I wouldn't necessarily expect them to code grocery (likely "merchandise" or something), but maybe like WM, some locations would code favorably.
If this helps, Family Dollar does not take GE cards
I suspect that they don't code as grocery
