In the past Chase hasn't sent 1099-MISC if your total was under $600 but they can send it at any amount if they want to

Wait a week or 2 to see if she gets another 1099

I got one on Mon ($400 ink referral) and another on Tues ($400 ink referral + $5 some kind of promo or offer on Freedom card don't remember) -- family member also got 2x 1099's on Tues ($400 ink referral on each)
